Certainty – The national Will register, has announced the launch of version 2.0 of TOUCH - the Revolutionary Wills and Probate Management CRM Platform.
What is TOUCH?
TOUCH is a Client and Will Management package supplied free of charge to Certainty Solicitor Members (all Wills and Probate specialists). TOUCH is easy to use and is backed up by free training and support. It comprises of a CRM (Client Relationship Management) package for registered Will clients and a CRM package for all other Will clients. TOUCH's advanced functionality allows Solicitor Members of Certainty to filter applications in order to identify specific clients by date ranges or categories and flag them for immediate contact. It also offers fully-automatic notifications to trigger client contact.
Client account management is simplified with individual client records and specific client and progress notes. TOUCH's usability is further reinforced by its ability to generate a complete suite of marketing collateral including pre-written letters such as Free Will Review Invitations, IHT Planning etc.
